Samples are taken from different stages of production every day and tested in our laboratories in order to make our quality permanent and reliable. The final consumer always savours delicious, healthy and reliable Berrak Su thanks to time passed without human intervention throughout the production. In our bottling facility, there are laboratories with the latest technology in which microbiological and chemical analyses are carried out.

How Much Water Should We Drink ?

Under normal conditions, a 70 kg person needs an average of 2-2.5 litres of fluid per day. The most practical method for determining the daily fluid need of a person is done by multiplying body weight with 30 ml. However, this need increases in the cases of hot air, excessive sweating, inflammatory diseases and diarrhea and so on. In addition, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers, old people and infants need more water. During pregnancy, the amniotic fluid in which the baby exists renews itself every three hours. Therefore, the need for fluid increases. During the breastfeeding period, women lose fluid by giving milk. Because of their rapid metabolism, the water needs of infants and children are high. Caffeine and alcoholic beverages do not meet the body's water needs; on the contrary, they cause water to be discharged from the body. Therefore, it is best to meet the water needs of the body by only drinking ‘WATER”.
